When you book an appointment by phone or in person, we take down basic details needed to hold your appointment — typically your name, contact number, and the treatment requested. This is written in a paper appointment book only and is never entered into any computer system, database, or booking software.

If relevant to your treatment (for example, before certain waxing or tinting services), our therapists may ask about allergies or skin sensitivities to check the treatment is safe for you. 4. How long do we keep it

We do not retain personal data beyond the day it is collected. All paper appointment records are securely shredded at the end of each business day. We hold no client database, mailing list, or treatment history.

5. Sharing your information

We do not share, sell, or disclose any personal information to third parties. We do not use any third-party booking systems, payment processors, marketing platforms, or CRM tools.

6. Cookies and our website

Our website (www.simis.biz) is built on Squarespace. Squarespace may set standard first-party cookies for the site to function correctly (for example, to remember your session) and, where enabled, basic analytics cookies to help us understand how visitors use the site. 7. Clients under 18

We do not operate CCTV at our salon.

Because we don't retain records after the day of your appointment, in most cases, there will be nothing left on file to access or delete after that point.
